We would like to thank our loyal customers for choosing us as their premier remodeling contractor in Northern Virginia.

As a special gift of gratitude for our 70% repeat customer and referral rate, we're offering you a unique opportunity to invite your friends or family to spruce up their home with our help. We're relaunching our referral program so if you know someone who’s in need of a home remodeling and hasn’t used Moss Building & Design yet, refer them to us.

Here's how the** referral program** works:

- If you refer **1 person** *and* they sign up for a project over $5,000 with us, **you'll receive 8 hours of free MOSS handyman services for the day**.
- If you refer **3 people** and **they schedule and attend an appointment** with a Sales Consultant, you’ll **receive a free handyman for a day.**

Now's your chance to have a professional take care of your home-related needs. Whether it's hanging picture frames, fixing a paint job, or completing your honey-do list, we could all use some help around the house.

Our handyman for a day services include the following:

- **Fixing Minor Plumbing Issues. **Leaky faucet? Moss Home Services has experienced in-house plumbers who can take care of it.
- **Fixing Minor Electrical Issues.** The experienced electricians at Moss Home Services can tackle everything from changing hard-to-reach lightbulbs to adjusting dimmers.
- **Home Carpentry Work. **From repairing a patch of drywall or filling in holes in the wall, MOSS is here to help.
