Community Event Space:

In the Fall of 2022, the much-anticipated remodel of our Design Center was completed! The space has been beautifully furnished through our partnership with Ethan Allen of Sterling, VA. In finishing this space, we have been able to open our doors for several Open Houses and Networking Events.  We look forward to future opportunities to host wonderful events for our Northern Virginia community.  

In Northern Virginia, there are limited opportunities for spaces that can hold 30-50 attendees in a professional and flexible atmosphere without attached costs such as food and beverage requirements. That said, our Leadership Team realized there was a great need to support our community organizations and businesses with an opportunity for meeting and small event space. Having come from an event management background, our VP of Marketing, Mara Bauserman, saw the potential of offering the space as a community event center for after-hours events. 

Beginning January of 2023, you can request our Design Center for meetings, gatherings, or small events for your community organization or business networking events.

**Restrictions Apply

• Organization must be headquartered in or serve one of the following regions: Fairfax County, Arlington County, or Montgomery County.
• Event space may be used for fundraisers, non-profit initiatives or networking opportunities; however, they may not be used in a for-profit manner.
• Reservation Contract and a release with terms & conditions must be signed prior to event space and reservation commitment.
