The MOSS Process
At MOSS Building & Design, our goal is simple: to give homeowners confidence and clarity as they transform their homes. From the first conversation through final construction, we focus on creating a process that feels organized, transparent, and aligned with your goals.
Our team is structured to support you at every stage. Dedicated project leadership ensures your experience stays on track and your expectations are met.
During design, we use a combination of tools to help you fully understand your project before construction begins. Through MOSS Online, you can track progress and selections in real time, while MOSS 360 allows you to visualize your space and see how everything comes together before it’s built.
Throughout the entire process, communication remains central. You’ll know what’s happening, what’s coming next, and how decisions are being made. After your project is complete, our relationship doesn’t end. MOSS will always be here to offer support after your project is final. And we also have a referral program that will grant you a Handyman for a Day if you refer a friend to MOSS!
