At MOSS Building & Design, we know that starting a remodel can feel like a big step. That's why our process is designed to make it easy, transparent, and within alignment of your schedule. When you reach out, you'll connect directly with a Project Developer, not a commissioned salesperson.

1. Virtual Discovery Session (30 minutes, virtual - Microsoft Teams)

A quick, friendly chat to learn more about your project goals, timeline, and budget. We'll answer your questions and see if MOSS is the right fit.

2. In-Home Appointment (1 hour)

Your Project Developer will visit your home to get a feel for the space and gather details. Using precision LIDAR scanning technology, we'll capture measurements to help start shaping your ideas.

3. Project Presentation (~1 hour, virtual meeting)

You'll meet with your dedicated MOSS team—Designer, Architect, and Project Manager—to explore solutions tailored to your needs. You'll review concept directions and budget options before making any commitments.

4. Risk-Free Next Step

When you're ready to move forward, you'll sign a contract and place a $2,500 deposit, which is fully refundable through the first design review.
