MOSS Thanks Community Firefighters on 9/11

September 11, 2017
By: Julia Kilberg
I was proud to visit Northern Virginia fire stations today on this 16th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 tragedies in New York City, Arlington, and Pennsylvania. Sixteen years ago today, I lived in Northern New Jersey only fifteen miles from the World Trade Center. Like so many others, I will never forget where I was when I heard the news that morning. We were all touched in some way by the tragedy and cannot thank the firefighters, police officers, and other emergency personnel enough for their dedication to helping others.

Help MOSS Help The Victims of Hurricane Harvey

August 31, 2017
By: Carly
Image from FoxNews.com This week our nation witnessed the devastating impact of Hurricane Harvey.  As one trillion gallons of rain came down in Texas, leaving 32,000 people in shelters, many of us had the same reaction: “How can I help?”  Like many of you, we at MOSS, had the same reaction.  According to The Texas Diaper Bank, diapers are not provided by disaster relief agencies.  It is something that many people don’t think about; yet a huge necessity for families in Texas that have lost their home to Hurricane Harvey.

To accommodate this, Moss has seen an increased focus on designing home office spaces. So, if you are limited by space, how can you make the most of what you have and not feel like you’re working in a broom closet?

Moss Gives Back During Back-to-School Season

August 14, 2017
By: Julia Kilberg
Back-to-school season always conjures up images of opening a clean notebook and taking out sharp pencils and bright crayons on that first day of school. There was something exciting about that new beginning and fresh start to the year that I got every September. July 12, 2017
By: Alison Rubenstein
Imagine graduating college and moving back into your parents’ house, to a room you decorated when you were 12 years old. Knowing it was time to have my bedroom match my current lifestyle, I set about doing my own little bedroom redesign project! I'm going to walk you through my design process, introduce you to a few of the latest trends in the "young adult" world, and provide you with some great ideas for your guest room!
