With nearly three decades of experience leading marketing and growth strategies for top design-build and remodeling firms across the country, Joaquin brings a deep understanding of how to connect homeowners with remodeling companies in authentic, meaningful ways.

Throughout his career, Joaquin has shaped some of the remodeling industry’s most recognized and respected brands. He served as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Case Design/Remodeling, where he helped the company become one of the most well-known design-build firms in the nation.
Most recently, he led national marketing strategy for DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, guiding campaigns for over 47 franchisees in 24 states. In addition, through his marketing consultancy Marketing Wing, Joaquin has worked with more than 60 of the leading design-build companies in the U.S., helping them refine their positioning, improve lead quality, and build sustainable growth models.
A sought-after speaker, strategist, and thought leader, Joaquin has been featured in Forbes, Inc. Magazine, The Washington Post, Fast Company, Qualified Remodeler, Professional Remodeler, and Remodeling Magazine. He is also a frequent presenter at national remodeling conferences and marketing summits.
