Step 1: Discuss Your Vision and Goals 📞 

It all begins with a quick, complimentary discovery call with a non-commissioned Project Developer. Together, you’ll explore your goals, needs, and requirements to find the right solution for your family. 

Step 2: Determine Your Path ✨ 

After your initial call with us, we’ll come to your home to assess the space, take measurements, and conduct scans. Once we’ve done our initial fact-finding, you’ll attend a project presentation where your Project Developer will walk you through the options that best fit your home, budget, and goals—arriving at a detailed, fixed-cost proposal. 

Step 3: Get Started With Your Team 🏡 

Once you’ve decided that MOSS is the right fit, you'll sign your contract and put down a $2,500 deposit, which is fully refundable through your first design review meeting. From there, your dedicated in-house team is assigned. You’ll be guided by your Project Developer, MOSS 360 Architect, Designer, and Project Manager as development begins. At this stage, you will only need to dedicate about 2-3 hours a week for design planning.

Step 4: Enjoy a Superior Design Experience 🎨 

Using MOSS 360 technology, our architects and designers collaborate with you in real-time to create your space and make selections. You’ll see your vision come to life before construction even begins. 

Step 5: Develop Your Customized Project Plan📝 

In preparation for construction, your team will prepare a detailed plan including your site plan, project schedule, safety plan, and communication plan. Everything—budget, selections, change orders—is visible to you in MOSS Online, a digital project management portal, for complete transparency.  At this point, only about 1 hour of your time will be required weekly.

Step 6: Build With Confidence 💚 

Once work begins on your space, your Project Manager will oversee daily construction, safety, and quality, while craftsmen deliver the details that make your remodel exceptional. Throughout, proactive communication ensures you’re always informed.
